The Collective is a brain trust of likeminded business owners and key players based in Lancaster, PA.
We think big. We think forward. We welcome constructive feedback. We want to and will take ourselves and our businesses to the next level.
The Collective provides a forum for us to discuss common issues we encounter as business people. We rely on the breadth and depth of each other’s experience to solve these problems. We meet weekly for dialogue and lunch.
We believe that the best business solutions are found through experience and conversation. We believe that open minds lead to open discussion – and that anything else is a waste of time. We believe that you must live your own advice.
