Ch-Ch-Changes

Change. It’s the one thing we can count on, but too often we go through life (and business) with the attitude of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
Yes, that makes sense – if something is working for you and is successful, why mess with it? But you can’t get to the next level if you just sit back and stay inside your comfort zone. The bottom line is you have to keep improving, and to keep improving, you have to make changes.
I think a lot of times we fear change for one of two reasons: either we fear the unknown and risk that comes
with it or we fear the investment of elbow grease and effort that it requires. But change is a lot easier than we think. According to this Harvard Business article, all you have to do to change effectively is to change just one thing.
That’s it. You don’t’ have to go whole hog and uproot your entire organization. Just change the one thing that will deliver the most impact and go with it.
